Terms and Conditions: Screen rental is a pre-paid service. Advanced Signs is not liable, and refunds are not given, for down-time associated with intermittent power outages onsite, mechanical failures due to negligence, electrical failures or acts of God that render the screen inoperable. Advanced Signs will , in good faith and expeditiously, fix or repair any malfunction where it is related to sign hardware or software failure and offer additional rental days of equal value of downtime if necessary. Customer is liable for any and all damages to the sign and equipment that occur from ground maintenance crews, errant placement or any third party actions. Customer is also responsible for any citations, penalties or towing expenses that occur if the sign is found to reside in an area not authorized by the renter.
